About the event

Before the event, the organizing team contacted various businesses and employers and invited them to the job fair, focusing on those that were willing to provide reemployment opportunities to the homeless.

At the same time, use various channels to promote, including social media (Twitter, Ins, Tiktok), leaflets distribution, local newspapers, etc., to attract more homeless people to participate in the event, and let employers know the importance and significance of the event. Employers will set up booths, introduce their companies and jobs to homeless people, and interview suitable candidates. In addition to providing employment opportunities, some job training courses can be arranged to help homeless people improve their employment skills and interview ability, and increase their chances of finding a job. It is hoped that through this activity, more people can pay attention to and care for those in need, and jointly build a warmer and more inclusive environment for the society.
